Step into Belle Etage, a beautifully restored first-floor apartment that captures the timeless elegance of old Berlin. With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, the apartment is designed for both comfort and privacy, making it ideal for families, groups, or colleagues traveling together. Located on the first floor of a historic 19th-century building, Belle Etage blends period charm with modern comfort — the perfect space to experience Berlin like a local, in style and serenity.

– Check-in: from 3pm

– Check-out: until 10am

– Check-in before 15:00 and check-out after 10:00 as well as luggage storage is unfortunately not possible. 

– Bed linen and towels (2 per person) are included

– Inside the house is strictly NO SMOKING

– Partying is not allowed in the apartment and is a cause for an immediately termination of the rental contract.

– The apartment may only be used by the named guests. The usage by a third party or any other additional occupancy is not permitted and is a cause for an immediately termination of the rental contract.

Berlin Hauptbahnhof can be reached in about 20 minutes, and Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) in around 40 minutes, both with smooth connections.
