Located on the second floor of a historic Berlin building, BIG & Beautiful lives up to its name — a 140 m² apartment that combines generous space, natural light, and timeless charm. High ceilings, exposed brick, and warm wooden floors create a sense of calm and authenticity. The open living and dining area is the heart of the home — bright, inviting, and perfect for long dinners or quiet mornings with coffee. With four bedrooms plus an alcove double bed with curtains, the layout balances togetherness and privacy, making it ideal for families, friends, or colleagues. From three of the bedrooms, you’ll wake up to leafy views into the trees, a tranquil contrast to the city’s vibrant rhythm just outside.

– Check-in: from 3pm

– Check-out: until 10am

– Check-in before 15:00 and check-out after 10:00 as well as luggage storage is unfortunately not possible. 

– Bed linen and towels (2 per person) are included

– Inside the house is strictly NO SMOKING

– Partying is not allowed in the apartment and is a cause for an immediately termination of the rental contract.

– The apartment may only be used by the named guests. The usage by a third party or any other additional occupancy is not permitted and is a cause for an immediately termination of the rental contract.

Berlin Hauptbahnhof can be reached in about 20 minutes, and Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) in around 40 minutes, both with smooth connections.
