Located on the third floor of The Hermann, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment offers a calm, light-filled space that balances Berlin’s architectural heritage with modern comfort. The living and dining area opens toward tall windows and  inviting sunlight and views of the surrounding trees. Natural materials, curated art, and subtle tones create an atmosphere of quiet sophistication — a signature of The Hermann’s design philosophy. Each of the three bedrooms is distinct in character, designed for rest and privacy. One of bedroom enjoys direct balcony access, while the other rooms offer flexible layouts ideal for families, friends, or extended stays. Two elegant bathrooms add both comfort and convenience. – Check-in: from 3pm

– Check-out: until 10am

– Check-in before 15:00 and check-out after 10:00 as well as luggage storage is unfortunately not possible.

– Bed linen and towels (2 per person) are included

– Inside the house is strictly NO SMOKING

– Partying is not allowed in the apartment and is a cause for an immediately termination of the rental contract.

– The apartment may only be used by the named guests. The usage by a third party or any other additional occupancy is not permitted and is a cause for an immediately termination of the rental contract.

From The Hermann, the rest of Berlin is at your fingertips. Hermannplatz station — just outside the door — connects you directly to the U7 and U8 lines, linking easily to every corner of the city. Berlin Hauptbahnhof can be reached in about 20 minutes, and Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) in around 40 minutes, both with smooth connections. The area is also perfect for exploring on foot or by bike. Hasenheide park, the canals, and Neukölln’s lively streets all invite slow discovery, while dedicated bike lanes make cycling effortless. Whether you’re crossing the city or staying local, getting around from The Hermann is simple, quick, and refreshingly easy.
