Where you’ll be
This rooftop penthouse at The Hermann feels both elevated and grounded — a calm retreat above the city. Spread across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a private en-suite, the apartment combines generous space with a sense of quiet sophistication. Exposed brick walls, soft natural light, and views into the leafy Jacobi Cemetery create a serene, almost hidden atmosphere. The large terrace, surrounded by plants and comfortable seating, extends the living space outdoors — perfect for long breakfasts or evenings under the sky. It’s a place to slow down, unwind, and experience Berlin from a more peaceful perspective — surrounded by history, greenery, and light.
Please take the time and read the description carefully and check whether the apartment suits your needs to avoid disappointment. Getting around
From The Hermann, the rest of Berlin is at your fingertips. Hermannplatz station — just outside the door — connects you directly to the U7 and U8 lines, linking easily to every corner of the city. Berlin Hauptbahnhof can be reached in about 20 minutes, and Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) in around 40 minutes, both with smooth connections. The area is also perfect for exploring on foot or by bike. Hasenheide park, the canals, and Neukölln’s lively streets all invite slow discovery, while dedicated bike lanes make cycling effortless. Whether you’re crossing the city or staying local, getting around from The Hermann is simple, quick, and refreshingly easy.
Neighborhood
The Hermann
sits where Neukölln meets Kreuzberg — a neighborhood full of contrasts, creativity, and everyday life. Around Hermannplatz, the streets hum with energy: local shops, cafés, and restaurants that blend old Berlin charm with global flavor. Just a couple of minutes’ walk away, Hasenheide park offers a dose of green calm and open space. There’s texture here — an urban edge balanced by community, culture, and an easy local rhythm. This is Berlin at its most authentic: layered, lively, and full of character.
