Separate glass, plastic, paper, and general waste — bins are in the back left of the courtyard.
House rules
Please be mindful that this is a residential building with neighbours who start their day early.
• No smoking inside the apartments – the courtyard is available for that.
• Only registered guests are permitted in the building.
• No parties or loud gatherings.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

Before you go, please take out your rubbish, check that nothing’s been left behind (including in the washing machine), and leave the apartment tidy, as you found it.
Leave all apartment fobs in their place — missing ones will be charged.
No need to clean — our team will handle that.

Before your stay, you’ll receive your personal access code.
Use it to enter the house and collect your key.
Independent. Effortless. Just arrive (from 15:00).
The Hermann access
You'll receive digitally a code generated just for you. Use this code at the building entrance Keypad. Enter.
The Key Box
Walk inside + to the left when you see the elevator. On the right you'll see the KeyBox. Use THE SAME code as before. Take your FOB.
Find your apartment
Make your way either up the stairs or in the elevator to your floor. Inside, on the kitchen table you'll find more FOBs for your use.
